FW: NoCatAuth Renewal isn't quite right.

Hey All,

I've done a little more troubleshooting and have a few more details:

When the user first logs in the source of the popup window looks like this:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="30;URL=xxxxx" />

And then after the first renewal the source looks like this:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="5;URL=xxxxx" />

And the window never refreshes itself so the connection times out =( 

I've tested this in both IE and Firefox and both seem to do the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hi Guys,

 

Having a few problems getting the renewal popup box to work properly
(renew_pasv.html). When users login everything seems to go okay, if I check
my logs the timeout is set to 60 (as per my config file) and the first
renewal also succeeds but then the timeout is set to 30 (60 * 0.5) so the
third renewal timeout because the popup window doesn't refresh before NoCat
expires the connection.

 

Below is an extract from my logs, can anyone shed some light?
