Radius access Internal Server Error

Hello,

      I have tried different  RadiusPerl  which authenticate very well on my
Radius server but Apache afterwards return this error:

   What  am I missing?

                  Using RadiusPerl from http://chip.net/nocat/  CPAN Radius
are bogus.

                  Radius Server:  Radiatior
