 Sorry to say you,but I am very much doubtful about nocat.conf file, which 
you have sent. I don't know whether you did it intentionally or not, but 
this nocat.conf file contains settings for gateway and authentication server 
both. Though in your case both are on same computer, there should be two 
different files for gateway configuration and authentication server. But 
please note that I have NOT done this kind of setup in past (i.e. both on 
same machine). So, it may happen that for both, configuration file is same. 
Just let me know that, do you have separate files for gateway and 
authentication or it is same. I hope you can understand what I want to say.
