Hi,
 So, let us consider that if gateway & authentication server on same 
computer then there will be one configuration file for nocat. 
 One more thing that I remember, you need to change DocumentRoot in 
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf also. You don't need to specify cgi-bin settings 
in your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file. Because you are including those 
settings from httpd.conf of nocat.
