splashurl

Hi,

I've set up nocatsplash on my wrt54gl running openwrt and everything seems to 
be working fine. i wanted to test it with a remote splash page but i can't 
seem to get it to work. i edited the nocat.conf file to point it to a valid 
page, but when i start up splashd it always uses the static splash page. i've 
tested this with the supplied nocatsplash by openwrt and the ipk made by 
sderle, which is compiled with the with the remote splash option. both react 
the same way. it always gets the local splash.html.

any insight would be appreciated.
