Help needed

Hi,

    I have a requirement as below :

   1) NAS would request the Radius server the quota needed for the session.
   2) Server would reply with the granted quota.
   3) Upon the completion of quota, Server must give the address of a "Quota
server" from where the user can buy extra quota, If the radius server finds
that it cannot grant anymore quota.

   Kindly help me out with the call flow, and the attributes used in each
message.
