I'd not come across newsq before. I presume (having had a little look) that
since Noffle supports both Supercedes headers and Cancel control messages
adding support it would be a reasonably straightforward thing to do.

That being said, I've just about finished adding a command to list the contents
of the outgoing posts list (message ID and target server - I wonder if I
should list, say, Subject/From/Newsgroups as well). And cancelling a message
will remove it from the outbound queue as well as the article database.
