feature request: split --fetch to --post-queued --fetch-overview --fetch-selected-bodies

I'd love to have separate options for the three actions which --fetch 
does. For example: 

--post-queued 
--fetch-overview 
--fetch-selected-bodies

Fetching the overview takes very long for me, and very often I need 
only to fetch the article bodies that I have selected, and/or post 
articles I have written.

I think that would be very simple for someone who knows Noffle 
internals.
