This isn't quite as straightforward as with wwwoffle. I can change Noffle to do
this reasonably straightforwardly - equivalent a simple Perl/Python script to
connect to Noffle and issue 'article <msgId>'. This will only work if Noffle
knows about the message ID - i.e. the message belongs to a currently-subscribed
group and its overview has already been downloaded. Let me know if you think
this is worthwhile.

Otherwise we get into a nasty can of worms about 'does this article exist',
'what group out of the xxx it is crossposted to should I try to auto-subscribe
to', and so forth. This would require a fair bit of work at Noffle's back-end,
to cope with trying to retrieve a message that you don't know exists and you
don't even have the overview for.
