[c-nsp] What is the new SmartNET formula?

Howdy,

Asked for a 1 year renewal quote on a router that cost about $68k (including one year of SmartNET).

Figured it would be like $7000/year or 10% of the purchase price of the device.

Came back as $20,000/year

Don't really care about this one particular example but I would like to know what their formula is now for figuring out what they will charge for access to security updates/firmware. (that is all Smartnet is useful for at this point).
