If you look at purchasing 7280R3 and plan to use Netflow, you should definitely order the A-version with a more powerful control-plane, where you get 8 Cores instead of 4.

Look at model 7280SR3K-48YC8A, or if you don't need as many ports: 7280SR3K-40YC6.

Arista TAC and SEs are indeed good, but keep in mind that they are first and foremost a DC centric company, even though they are slowly moving into the SP space.

The downside with Arista, at this point, is that they lack a pay as you grow (PayG) model, which is a must for an SP.
