Pegasus on Windows uses Pegasus/bin to look for providers and their
libraries. I know on Linux it is different.

Does OpenPegasus find the path to libraries representing provider
implementations by looking in a set directory or via directory specified
during the registration of the provider.
If a running CIMOM has a prefered set of directories that it uses to
search for providers, how to you determine the search path it uses.
