A closer review of the generated RPMs shows that the InteropProvider is also
missing from the RPM even though it was built by RPMMakefile.

I presume the RPMMakefile is really only for the env_var_Linux.status file
as given, without any customizations (such as an Interop namespace, JMPI,
etc.).
