Hi everyone,

I have just installed OpenPegasus 2.10 from the source RPM on CentOS
5.4. I built it with WS-Management support and all the related tests
have passed successfully. I also successfully tested some WS-Management
operations with wsmancli from the openwsman project. As my company is
using the pegasus client library for issuing some CIM-XML operations and
our application also needs to have WS-Managment support, it would be
convenient to have both in the same library. That's why I tested the
WS-Management client in the pegasus_unsupported cvs module that I built
against the pegasus cvs version. Although the small client tests
compiled and seemed to work, I didn't manage to compile the pegasus
client library with WS-Management support. I read that the WS-Management
implementation in the unsupported cvs module is quite old and unless the
new implementation in the 2.10 version, it uses gsoap. I guess that's
why I didn't manage to get it work. My question is the following, is it
still planned to have WS-Management client side support in OpenPegasus?
And if it is, would it be in a near future/version of OpenPegasus?
