It is hard to be sure what you mean because you did not tell us very much.
It almost seems you are saying the providers themselves are disappearing.
But I assume what you must mean is that the instances a client creates through
your provider disappear.
And there is a common misunderstanding people make that immediately comes to
mind.
This misconception is that the CIMOM stores instances.
It does not.
It is the responsibility of the provider to create permanent storage for
instances.
The mistake people writing their first provider make, is that they just use
aspects of the programming language to create memory storage for instances, like
NEW and ALLOC.
That won't work, because providers have to be unloaded from memory after some
period of no access.
Otherwise you would have hundreds of providers accumulating in memory, and
systems would run out of resources.
So what you have to do is create some sort of nonvolatile storage for instances.
A database would be ideal, but a simple xml text file would do fine.
Then you need to check and load from this nonvolatile source, whenever a client
asks your provider for instance access.

Subject: Created Instances deleted after same time.

Hi All,

I'm facing a strange problem in Pegasus, because I create the Provider
instances, and some time after they seems to be deleted without any
intervention.

Thanks in advance,
Ricardo
