Sorry to reply late on this.
Kindly try to build using make command instead of the mkmapper.bat file.
Make sure all ur env variables are set properly. Basically if you are able
to make pegasus src using the make command, Building mapper source should
not be an issue.
Just go to %PEGASUS_HOME%/src/WMPMapper folder and try make.
Make sure if you are using OpenSLP with Pegasus the OpenSLP_Home variable
needs to be set.
