Changes to active Committers (maintainer)

I am happy to announce that Sahana Prabhakar
has been invited as Committer of the OpenPegasus project.

We have taken this step due to her excellent
contributions and in recognition of her dedication to the project.

As such, Sahana now has full binding
voter rights as well as she is able to sponsor code changes.

Congrats Sahana!

At the same time I have to announce
with great regret that Roger Kumpf and Denise Eckstein have stepped down
and now are emeritus members of the project.
