OpenPegasus 2.11 source freeze date is on 24/Feb. It will take minimum 4 
weeks to do ship release after source freeze date. wiki page is updated 
now.

By checking OpenPegasus 2.11.0 Release Status (

), it would be 'ship release' at Feb 15. 
While I only see release tag "RELEASE_2_11_0-FC", no source release 
snapshot was found. Any update on this plan? Thanks!
