Clarificaion on PEP 350 multi instance of cimom on windows

Hi All
The PEP 350 (http://www.openpegasus.org/pp/uploads/40/21277/PEP350_MultiCIMOM.htm)   says "For Windows platforms no special mechanism will be provided to run as different services as part of this PEP" . Is that mean it's not possible to run two cimserver instances on the same Windows machine?
