Simple Indication Provider

Hello, I'm a newbie in WBEM. Yet I choose openPegasus to 
try it. So i need want to implement a simple indication 
provider to warn about the link state, just link up or 
link down.

How do I create the indication provider for this 
warnings/indications?
Where can i find some useful info?
