Pegasus 2.12 discovery with Microsoft System Center VMM 2012 SP1 via SSL fails

I'm using Pegasus 2.12 with System Center Virtual Machine Manager. SSL/HTTPS is enabled on both machines.

A quick debug shows that "Expect: 100-continue" is being ignored.
