Automatic creation of __MethodParameters class is of course the best, it
would have no implication to providers and e.g. SFCB does not require
any configuration or registration. Still, any registration and/or
configuration as part of provider deployment should be no problem at all.

So far these magic classes have two underscores as prefix, maybe it
could be (mis)used to detect them.
