Support for "interop" namespace during build time so that one can use interop namspace in a newly build Open Pegasus. It also adds support for changing namespace from "root/PG_InterOp" to "interop" in older repositories by using the "-i" option in repupgrade. Both require the compile time option "PEGASUS_INTEROP_NAMESPACE".
