OpenPegasus Version 2.14.0 Released

OpenPegasus 2.14.0 has been formally released and is available for use.

This release includes a number of extensions, the primary of which is 
the inclusion of the
CIM/XML pull operations defined by the DMTF for the CIM/XML protocol.
