LMDB 0.9.7 available

Concurrent with the OpenLDAP 2.4.36 release, LMDB 0.9.7 has also been 
released. It is included in the OpenLDAP 2.4.36 source, and also available 
separately at https://gitorious.org/mdb/mdb
