OpenLDAP 2.2.3 Beta available

OpenLDAP Software 2.2.3beta is now available for experimentation
and testing.  This is expected to be final 2.2 beta before general
release.

OpenLDAP Software 2.2 offers numerous new features including:

- LDAP Sync-based replication engine
- Proxy Cache engine
- Hierarchial database backend (back-hdb)
- Access control enhancements (dynamic groups, value-level)
- NS SLAPI support
- Updated backend interface with overlay support
- LDAPv3 extensions: 
  + LDAP Sync Operation
  + LDAP Pre- and Post Read Back controls
  + LDAP modify/increment
  + LDAP no-op control
