With MDB Openldap seems to be pretty slower in Windows

Hi Team, Can you please share your inputs / suggestions on performance to increase the openldap with MDB in windows slowness.? We have a 110 users data by performance testing, where we observed slowness for windows 10 OS. If there any suggestions on tuning side, please let me know.
