Please see:

man 1 ldapsearch

=> Just append the attributes wanted to the command line.

ldapsearch -LLL -x -b dc=selbetti,dc=local -H ldap://host -D proxy_user
 '(|(objectClass=person)(objectClass=user))' -w password cn mail
