You'll need to install libtool and its header files/support libraries, 
either on your own or perhaps with the assistance of your OS distribution 
("apt-get" / "yum" / etc.). If you believe you already have it installed, 
add additional appropriate -I/-L (same as you're doing) to help configure 
find libtool.
