OpenNIC Announce: server upgrade

The main OpenNIC server (zero.opennic.glue) will be down for a 
(hopefully) short time on Thursday night California-time for an 
operating system upgrade.

Depending on how much of the non-system software needs to be upgraded 
as well, it could be offline from 15 minutes to a few hours.
