Re: [opennic-discuss] Poll: what is OpenNIC’s purpose?

I have a general question. While I agree that the goals mentioned here are
admirable, what are some of OpenNIC's policies wrt domain abuse, such as
the use of domains for hosting botnet C&C servers? Do the goals include
identifying cases of such abuses and mitigating them? Why/why not?
