If either of them pass, you will likely want to write your proposal to include repeal or revision of their language. It's obvious lately that OpenNIC users find fault with every little mistake or thing they don't like and use it against you, often requiring you to dig stuff up to defend yourself (see 2018-08/msg00151.html (in German) and 2018-08/msg00172.html). So you need to be prepared to cover all your tracks.

Also keep in mind this proposal to require proposals be in Chinese has no start or end date, and appears to be a parody of mine (cf. 2018-08/msg00113.html):

It was introduced immediately without a discussion thread (see 2018-08/msg00125.html), and the period is "Begins: Now, Ends: Next Week"

With the attitudes lately, you can never be sure people won't complain about OpenNIC, make fun of people, and insist that no rules are broken and demand action be taken on it. Just keep all this in mind, given the stuff that's happened in recent threads, noting also my citations in this post.
