Thanks for your reply Jonah, I'm using https://github.com/kewlfft/opennic-up to automatically update my nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf. Currently, they are 172.104.136.243 , 195.10.195.195 and 94.247.43.254 Unfortunately, specifically right now I don't experience this issue but since the opennic-up script gets the IPs of the servers closest physically to the location of where it is running from, this are located in Germany. I'm not sure I understand what do you mean by Tier 2 servers so I hope this information is sufficient. Doron.
