[opennic-discuss] unsubscribe is a user action was (Re: new enthusiastic member!)

Joe, not sure if anyone sent this directly to you as it's likely you
are not reading list messages.

As described below, you somehow subscribed yoursself and must
unsubscribe yourself via the list server instructions at the bottom of
any list message.
