A year ago we had problems with trolls filing bogus votes like "potato sala=
d" and demanding they be counted, demanding that people who propose should =
not be able to vote, questioning the legitimacy of the voting processes, an=
d attacking people in languages they don't speak. So we decided to use the =
Wiki instead, and avoid these problems.
