OpenNMS a Product Excellence Award Finalist

As we scramble to get 1.3.0 and 1.2.4 ready for release this week, it  
was a pleasant surprise to find out that we have been nominated for a  
LinuxWorld Expo Product Excellence award in the category of "Best  
Systems Management Tools".

It's nice to see us up there with IBM and Novell (as well as Userful,  
although I must admit that I had not heard of them before), and I  
should point out that we are the only open-source product in contention.

That means that this nomination is due, in a large part, to those of  
you in the community who support our project and keep us going.

Take a bow, and I hope you can join us at LinuxWorld Expo next week.  
We'll be upstairs in the back, in the .org Pavilion.
