Users Conference Europe 2013 Planning

Just a quick note that we are beginning to plan for the fifth annual
OpenNMS users conference to be held in 2013.

At the last conference we came up with a European users group mailing list:

and we hope to involve as many people in the planning process as
possible. If you are interested in becoming involved in a Europe-based
users group, please sign up to the list, which at the moment is very low
traffic.
