OpenNMS 14.0.2 Released

Gang:

I'm happy to announce that OpenNMS 14.0.2 is now available.

This is a maintenance release and it is recommended that everyone
upgrade who is running 14.0.0 or 14.0.1.

When I did my upgrade, I only had to modify opennms.properties and
vacuumd-configuration.xml. The "vacuumd" portion of the top of the
latter file changed, so be sure to update that. As for the properties,
we introduce some options when dealing with lame SNMP agents, but the
defaults should be fine for most people.
