OpenNMS Horizon 18 and Compass 3 are now available

Horizon 18 is the latest stable release of OpenNMS and includes a long
list of new features, most notably the Business Service Monitor.

OpenNMS Compass, our mobile app for iOS and Android, has reached a new
milestone as well, adding resource graphs and multiple server support.
