OpenNMS 1.3.3 status

In our move to make OpenNMS database independent, we introduced a bug  
that affects notices created from trap events.

I made an attempt to fix it in a hastily tagged 1.3.4, but I made it  
worse.

So, please don't try to install 1.3.4 (I've removed it from  
Sourceforge) and don't upgrade to 1.3.3 just yet. If you are already  
on 1.3.3 and don't care about notices from traps, you have nothing to  
worry about.

Again, I apologize. The fix is not trivial so we need to be able to  
think about this some before releasing it.
