OpenNMS 1.3.10 Released

Once again I get the pleasure of announcing a new release of OpenNMS:  
1.3.10.

As we move toward the next stable release, 1.6, there will be one,  
perhaps two more releases in the 1.3.10 branch. Thus the emphasis will  
be more on usability and bug fixes rather than new features.

However, that doesn't mean we haven't added any features at all.  
Version 1.3.10 has a number of them including:

* Integration with Hyperic's agent: http://www.opennms.org/images/a/a4/Hyperic-integration2.pdf
* A mail transport monitor: http://www.opennms.org/index.php/Mail_Transport_Monitor
* Support for NRPE over SSL (http://www.opennms.org/index.php/NRPE_SSL_Support 
)
* The ability to monitor Windows services (http://www.opennms.org/index.php/How_to_monitor_windows_services 
)

In addition, we have made changes to the way thresholding works to  
make it perform better on large systems as well as working around  
RRDtool averaging issues:

There were also a great number of bugs addressed:

The yum and apt repositories have been updated, and the packages are  
also available on Sourceforge:
