OpenNMS and the Google Summer of Code

I'm happy to announce that OpenNMS has been chosen as one of the open  
source projects in this year's Google Summer of Code:

A big hat tip in Ben Reed's direction for doing a lot of the  
administrative work to make it happen, and to the Order of the Green  
Polo for volunteering to be mentors. Our wiki page on the program can
