[opennms-devel] about WBEM polling function

Hello, everyone !
i find the WBEM polling item in opennms's google summer code project.
and i wonder whether "implement WBEM support for monitoring and data
collection" means we can configure the collectd-configuration.xml,
snmp-config.xml, datacollection-config.xml and some other related xml file
through WEBUI instead of modify the xml file itself?

and then implement a daemon responsible for listening for this configure
event and do the corresponding work to make it work in opennms system
