[opennms-devel] Can OpenNMS be developed on the Windows OS?

Hi,

I download the source code of OpenNMS from the SVN. It seems like you only
develop the OpenNMS on the Linux.
Can I develop the OpenNMS on the Windows OS? How can I do that?
>From 1.3.8, OpenNMS can run on the Windows. So maybe I can develop OpenNMS
on the Windows.
Who can tell me more?
