Yes, I checked the how-to.
But below:

   - Set up the .project and .classpath files for eclipse so that eclipse
   can build the code:

cd eclipse
./build.sh install # this will take some time
./build.sh clean
./build.sh eclipse:eclipse

build.sh can run on the Windows. And I find a build.xml for ant there.
But this file doesn't work.
