We hope to support 8.3.x for the 1.6.0 release, but that depends on how
many brave folks we have trying out 1.5.9x with 8.3 first.  ;)

I'm in the middle of tagging 1.5.94 right now, we should have a release
out tomorrow, so if folks could bang on it and make sure it works on
postgresql 8.3 it would be much appreciated.
