Is there a standard wording I can apply in all cases when I find that
its missing. (for example, the one at the bottom of this message). If
so, I'll try to add it whenever I encounter a file with no copyright
info.

Also, lots of files have something like "OpenNMS(R) is Copyright (C)
2002-2003 The OpenNMS Group, Inc." I assume if the file has been changed
this year, it should say 2002-2008.
