Guglielmo,

No one knows what WOTO project.  For those on this list, we (the  
openNMS Group) have an internal project management system for managing  
customer development projects that get released back in to the  
source.  In order to protect the identity of the sponsoring  
organization, we create internal project.  All of the code developed  
for sponsors gets contributed to the project (typically in trunk).   
The sponsored work is typically what is on the development roadmap  
anyway but we have to manage the sponsor's expectations.  This project  
is a OpenView To OpenNMS development and integration project hence the  
"OTO" portion of "WOTO".

Guglielmo is working on ProvisioningAdapter for integration between  
openNMS and RANCID in this project.
