There have been updates to rancid-api in the last few hours, I believe,
which could be what you're running into.  I've just deployed a new
version to the snapshot repository, give it another shot.

You might need to delete ~/.m2/repository/org/opennms/rancid-api for
maven to notice it needs to grab the new version.
