I was finally able to find a way to avoid that bui= ld problem. Got version 1.6.2-1 stable downloaded and then followed the online instruct= ion: - ./build.sh install ----> Build Successful -./build.sh clean ----> Build Successful -./build.sh eclipse:eclipse ----> Build Successful Added a new classpath variable called M2_REPO and set its value to root/.m2= /repository. (After this step=2C I looked under root directory as I'm guessing that was = the home directory for user root and couldn't find a folder called .m2=2C e= ven under hidden ones...) Then imported them all into eclipse and did a project clean and ran into a = bigger problem.=20 Eclipse found 15294 errors and 300 warnings which I paste some of the error= s here for your review: _actionEventList cannot be resolved opennms-config/target/generated-sour= ces/castor/org/opennms/netmgt/config/vacuumd ActionEvents.java line 2= 64 1237817647370 52599 _actionEventList cannot be resolved or is not a field opennms-config/tar= get/generated-sources/castor/org/opennms/netmgt/config/vacuumd ActionEve= nts.java line 294 1237817647372 52605 _actionList cannot be resolved or is not a field opennms-config/target/g= enerated-sources/castor/org/opennms/netmgt/config/vacuumd Actions.java = line 170 1237817647314 52561 And many more... Not to mention that I can't run opennms-webapp on the serv= er either=2C it shows an error message=2C something like there is nothing t= o be shown on the server... Could you guys please help me find out the problem? I tried to follow the m= anual step by step and really have no clue why it failed.
